As a Corporate Administrator you will support the Corporate Sales team with the welcome of our corporate customers at the beginning of their journey with us, ensuring a great first impression. You will support the Sales team with all areas of corporate administration through prompt and effective and customer responses to achieve maximum revenue in order to meet and/or exceed the revenue target.

Duties and Responsibilities for the role include (but are not limited to):

  • Support the Sales executives in generating revenue growth
  • To support the corporatebookings@champneys inbox
  • Take accountability for the corporate sales telephone line
  • Support timely corporate leads and generate sales
  • Invoicing & chasing payments
  • Preparing function sheets
  • Supporting networking and corporate showcases to generate new leads
  • Facilitate and organise the administration for group bookings
  • General administrative duties as discussed with the Group Res Manager and Sales executives
  • Support of the Resorts and departments, picking up a variety of requests and queries

Skills

  • Strong communication skills including the ability to tailor approach to people and levels written and verbal
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi task
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to deal with difficult customers, complaint handling skills
  • Attention to detail

Experience & Qualifications

  • Maths & English GSCE Grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in Administration/Customer Service essential
  • Previous experience in Hospitality is essential

The Reservations team is currently a mix of office and homeworkers. This role will start within the office with the option to work from home once probation has passed

This role may include a variety of late shifts and weekend working as scheduled by the Group Reservations Manager. Travel between all Champneys Resorts and Day Spa’s is required.
