These are brand new roles for Bourne Leisure. As our transformation powers on, we're looking for a couple of IT Risk and Security Compliance experts, one to focus on operational aspects of identity management, the other to focus on 3rd party risk.

The Information Security team have a strong personal development culture, so we're looking for people who want to grow and develop with us.

Your Opportunity
- To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
- Conducting periodical reviews of systems access, ensuring only authenticated users have access
- Providing guidance to product owners, ensuring the required level of compliance
- Providing guidance in supporting the design of the Identity Management model
- Acting as SME for all things compliance, including enquires
- Investigating incidents and present findings when relevant to access issues
- Providing internal and external audit support

What we'd like you to bring
- Demonstrable comprehensive Compliance knowledge and experience, including formal GDPR training
- Ability to analyse compliance requirements and embed them into business processes
- Ability to apply regulatory requirements to commercial scenarios
- The desire to learn and grow
- Ability to be flexible to changing business and regulatory needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ideally, you will have professional qualifications such as CISSP / CCSP / CISM, ISACA CRISC etc
