Sit & Sip is looking for an experienced General Manager to join our team to run our Tasting Room in Horsham and help take it to its next stage of growth.

Reporting into the Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the business, making sure that the brand standards and expectations in people, product and service are delivered.

This is an extremely exciting GM role for someone who really wants to get stuck in to help establish and grow the Horsham Tasting Room, as well as be part of the Sit & Sip brand journey, who are set for great expansion over the next few years.

We are looking for a General Manager who is up-beat, energetic and passionate about creating great customer experiences through quality food and drink. You will be the ‘front and centre’ of this business so need to be a natural with guests and staff alike.

You will have experience of motivating and managing a team in order to drive performance across all areas of the business. You will need to understand all elements of running a successful site, and be able to lead from the front in taking ownership to develop these key areas in order to manage this site effectively.
