The Role

As Front of House assistant, you will be at the centre of our environment, building relationships with our members, ensuring they have a great experience at our club, we’re looking for someone who has a positive outlook, isn’t afraid of hard work and keeps the customers needs at the heart of everything they do.

You are organised, capable of dealing with all manner of requests and enquiries. You work well under pressure understand the importance of meeting targets and are always willing to give a little extra.

You will need to be computer literate with a solid grasp of Microsoft Office and are confident writing emails to members. You must be confident and comfortable working as part of a team, working towards the goal of customer satisfaction. Some previous experience in customer service would be helpful, although not necessary as full training will be provided.
