SALARY: 24,750.00 + Bonus

What You'll Be Doing


As a Designate Activities & Pool Team Managers you will be based on a Park shadowing the Head of Activities for 3 - 6 months whilst we train and develop you.   Once you have all the skills, knowledge and expertise, we will look to place you in to role at your very own park.
The Designate Activities & Pool Team Manager supports the current Activities & Pool Team Manager in delivering the Park Activities & Leisure proposition, delivering an outstanding guest experience, whilst ensuring all Health & Safety Requirements are met.  Holds responsibility for revenue and costs targets in own area.
Responsible for engaging and inspiring their team each day and setting direction in relation to the day to day activities and tasks.  Ensures that team are guest obsessed, meeting targets, following standard operating procedures, driving continuous improvement and ensuring that every guest & Owner on our park has a great time with memories that last a lifetime.

What We Would Like You To Bring

- management and leadership experience
- Previous experience within Activities & Leisure an advantage
- Confident decision maker
- Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation
- Can exercise sound judgement and manage conflicting priorities when under pressure


It would be preferred, though not essential, for applicants to hold current and in date qualifications for:
RLSS Trainer Assessor
RLSS NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard) 
STA Pool Plant Operator
SPTO Qualification and practical training in plant rooms
Ropes Course Managers Qualification 
NPMQ
First Aid At work
