The Britannia Nottingham is a 166-bedroomed hotel with facilities including an on-suite bar and restaurant, as well as 10 conference rooms catering for up to 350 delegates. Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit a Part Time (approx. 24 hours per week) Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team.

As Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be required to;

• Ensure the highest standards of courtesy and customer care are set and maintained by all staff.
• Ensure that all procedures are performed correctly and efficiently at all time.
• Maximise sales and profitability within the department.
• Ensure that stock control procedures are adhered to and checked at all time.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as Food & Beverage Attendant in 100+bedroom hotel. The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service. You will be required to work 16 hours per week.
