Team Member – Part Time - Dolgellau, Gwynedd

Location: Dolserau Hall Hotel, Dogellau, Gwynedd, LL40 2AG

Hours of work: Part time

Shifts available: 7am – 9 am, 6pm – 9.30pm to be agreed with Manager.

Hourly rate: £9.50 per hour

Job brief:

To serve meals in the dining room, and to clean and prepare guest rooms, public and dining rooms as required.

The roles’ responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • To serve meals in the dining room.
  • To serve afternoon tea.
  • To assist in the preparation of picnic lunches.
  • To clean and prepare guest rooms, public and dining rooms if required.
  • To engage and interact with guests in a way that promotes a warm and friendly atmosphere within the Country House Hotel.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is not essential but the right attitude is.
  • Be naturally outgoing & sociable.
  • A good team player.
  • Flexibility in working hours, availability at evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
