The Body Lab is where science meets wellness. Our high end spacious 8,000 sq. ft facility will occupy two floors and boast state of the art health and fitness equipment for personal training at basement level. With a focus on recovery therapies, 7 spacious and luxurious treatment rooms are where we will offer dual chamber cryotherapy, sensory deprivation, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, infrared saunas, plus hands on therapies such as physio and massage. Our membership packages will cater for all our member needs whether it is just purely fitness driven or a full 360 all-inclusive experience to health and wellbeing.  Our changing rooms and member area has been designed for people to relax or socialise and enjoy a healthy drink or snack before or after their session.

We want to create a new breed of individual – The life athlete. Building our concept into fitness and health programmes and ultimately improving everyday life, physically and mentally.

Job Summary:

The Butler is responsible for maintaining the standards of etiquette and service in all interactions with members and colleagues. They are responsible for overseeing daily aspects of all members services areas. They will look for opportunity to suggest new and enhanced members experiences.

The Butler will communicate housekeeping and maintenance needs to the relevant departments and they will assist operational team members where needed in all aspects of the business operation. This person will practice methods which comply with health and safety guidelines and ensure cleanliness is met according to the Standard Operating Procedures in all members’ areas.

This passionate person is responsible for being fully knowledgeable about The Body Lab and its programs/services, is responsible for delivering the highest level of service internally to other departments and externally to our members and clients exemplifying professionalism, and ensuring we adhere to the values and mission of The Body Lab.

Candidate Profile:

• Understanding of hospitality and wellness industries and requirement for flexibility with working evenings and weekends
• Demonstrable skills in taking ownership and working with high level of autonomy
• Always well groomed, clean, pleasant and always anticipating members’ needs
• Great communication and organisational skills
