Roving Chef Vacancy - Anglesey/North Wales - £35,000 - Good mileage payments, 45p per mile

This role will support accorss 4 sites in North Wales from Conwy to Trearddur Bay. 5 in 7 rota or the option to do 4 x 12 hour days.

Driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

JW Lees has an exciting opportunity for a Roving Chef to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work in several different kitchens across Greater Manchester and Cheshire.

In this role as a Roving/Relief Chef, you will be working across the JW Lees managed estate in Anglesey and Conwy, assisting our pub Kitchen Teams that are short staffed or in need of additional support/guidance. As this is a multi-site role, a full driving licence is required.

This role is perfect for an existing Chef de Partie or Sous Chef who is keen to progress in to a Head Chef role. The position will give you exposure to a range of businesses across the JW Lees pub estate
