Mottram Hall is an 18th Century Georgian mansion hotel set in 150 acres of beautiful Cheshire parkland. We have recently undergone a £12 million investment, with this we have been repositioned in the market place and compete with some of the finest destination resorts in the UK.

We boast 12 meeting rooms and 120 bedrooms, in addition to these we have a stunning 18 hole golf course, state of the art spa and leisure facilities and a variety of excellent restaurants and bars.

We are located in the heart of the Golden Triangle in Cheshire. When getting here please consider we are not currently on a bus route, we are however a short taxi ride from Prestbury or Wilmslow train station.

You will work closely with the Membership Sales Manager team to assist in the day-to-day drive of club sales.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the Leisure industry.

Some duties and responsibilities include;

  • Support your line manager in creating a sales action plan that meets our guest objectives and your personal business objectives.
  • Liaise closely with the Fitness and Wellbeing Teams and supporting colleagues to constantly grow your knowledge and be confident and competent in selling our products and experiences as they were intended.
  • Always have the guest experience in mind, on the rare occasion that there are guest concerns you will always remain to be polite, empathetic and focused on resolution.
  • Being a Brand Ambassador you will conduct daily walk rounds of your club, provide feedback where appropriate and ensure our standard operating procedures are met and maintained.
  • Be proud to wear the Champneys badge, present yourself always with our heritage in mind and be immensely proud to represent the brand.
  • Regarding the club performance you will meet all sales targets and carry out effective sales tours selling all benefits of our Clubs.
  • Add value to overall Club performance through exceptional teamwork.
