The Role 

As our Membership Advisor, you will have a proven track record in working within a high-quality service or sales environment. A large part of the role will be sales driven, therefore outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You will have the ability to drive the Anytime Fitness culture within the club and to meet and exceed the members expectations. At all times you will support the Club Manager to achieve goals set for the clubs continued success and at times acting in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Achieve new member, total membership and income targets.
• Member Retention: Utilise Anytime Fitness systems and initiatives aimed at improving and maintainingmember retention.

• Marketing: Development of the Anytime Fitness Brand in Uckfield increasing brand awareness, new membership sales and revenue lines.

The Individual

• Driven, dynamic and service-motivated character with excellent people skills (Essential)
• Previous Sales Experience (Essential)
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written (Essential)
• Health, Fitness and Leisure Industry knowledge (Desirable)
• REPS Level 2/3 (Desirable)

Additional Information Permanent Full-time positions available. Exact working hours will be determined, but will involve 40 hours per week, occasionally scheduled across evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
