We’re looking for talented personal trainers to join us on our journey to revolutionising the UK fitness industry.

This role can be based at either of our City studios, at Bank or Fleet St, or West London in either Notting Hill or Hammersmith - Depending on your location.

What is EMS?

EMS, or Electrical Muscle Stimulation, amplifies the brain’s signals to the muscles to deliver an intense workout in just 20 minutes. As one of our Surge EMS Personal Trainers you will deliver high intensity, engaging and fun workouts to our clients. You’ll be responsible for motivating them to achieve their fitness goals, using our state of the art Miha EMS devices and body composition tracking system.

At first, you’ll also be responsible for getting new members into the studio and spreading the word about Surge far and wide.

Who We’re Looking For

To really excel at Surge, you’ll have the following attributes (and more)!

• Level 2 PT qualification
• Passion for giving high energy, fun workouts and tailored inductions with new clients
• Experience of supervising clients to make sure that they are exercising safely and effectively
• A demonstrable track record of membership sales success in a similar role
• Proven ability to deliver amazing customer experiences and inspire others
• An excellent team player, who wants to become part of our rapidly growing Surge family
• Great telephone manner

Crucially, there’s no license fees, rent or anything else to worry about. You’ll be a fully employed member of the Surge team, benefitting from paid holiday, sick pay and your Surge uniform.

This is either a part time or full time role, dependent on your availability, for a minimum of 22 hours per week up to 40 hours per week. You will need to be flexible with hours as these include a mixture of early, late and weekend shifts to suit your schedule.
