This exciting opportunity will be to work as part of the Peake Spa team supporting the Spa Manager. The successful candidate will ensure delivery of 5* Rasul treatments and a first-class guest experience. Peake Spa is a fast-paced exciting environment where the Spa & Rasul Host will be encouraged to develop customer service and spa operational skills. This role would suit a trainee therapist looking to advance their career. We work with leading suppliers such as Decleor, Neom, CACI, Crystal Clear, Mii Makeup, and OPI.

The successful candidate will be responsible for;

• Guest experience to a 5* standard
• Meeting and greeting spa guests
• Conduct spa tours
• Maintain cleanliness of Rasul & Spa changing rooms
• Knowledge & Promotion of our highest profitable treatments and products
• Carry out 5* Rasul treatments to guests
• Communication with the Spa team
