The Sportspark is one of the UK's largest community sports venues and is part of the University of East Anglia. As a Senior Customer Service Advisor at the Sportspark you will lead and supervise our team of Customer Service Advisors to provide outstanding customer service ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the reception which services over 1.4 million customer visits per year. Reception tasks include greeting student and community visitors, making bookings, selling activities and memberships, and responding to customer enquiries. You will work across the full week on a rota basis.

You must have GCSEs at Grade C or above in English and Mathematics or an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service (or equivalent level of qualification). Ideally you will have experience of supervising or leading a team together with a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service in a busy customer facing environment and cash handling.

The Sportspark at the University of East Anglia is one of the largest sports complexes in the UK.

This indefinite post is available immediately, on a full-time basis working 40 hours per week.
