Business Support Specialist - Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

Here at Warner Leisure Hotels, we are currently looking for a Business Support Specialist to join our wonderful Digital Team.

Purpose of the role:

Be an ambassador for our support function, working across the business to provide effective support and communication on the systems and processes we are responsible for.  Recognise guest needs at all stages of their journey and advocate solutions to continuously improve our processes.  Build relationships to ensure effective dialogue between departments.

Role responsibilities:

Work with shared IT services and 3rd parties to ensure our operating systems are working effectively and team and guests receive the highest quality of service.

Monitor service and take ownership of service requests and incidents raised by telephone call, email and Manage Engine (the Bourne Leisure Helpdesk portal). Responsible for ensuring tickets and calls are responded to, correctly escalated and actioned within agreed SLA's, and that expectations of the end user are effectively managed throughout. 

Support with co-ordinating proposition changes and carrying out impact assessments to support implementation.

Work with Warner sites on an operational level to ensure critical systems and processes are delivering the best service they possibly can. 

Implement service improvement plans and work with our Service Delivery Manager to ensure actions are effectively prioritised and followed through to completion in a timely manner. Ensure these are communicated to stakeholders.

Identify patterns and behaviour that highlight training and support requirements.

Ensure reporting adequately supports Warner site teams by identifying and gaps or the need for change.

 

Role requirements:

Experience in Seaware and Maestro or other recognised hotel reservation and management systems would be an added advantage but not essential as training will be given.
