Here at Warner Leisure Hotels, we are currently looking for a Business Support Specialist  to join our wonderful Digital Team.

Purpose of the role:

Be an ambassador for our support function, working across the business to provide effective support and communication on the systems and processes we are responsible for.  Recognise guest needs at all stages of their journey and advocate solutions to continuously improve our processes.  Build relationships to ensure effective dialogue between departments. Ideally you will have a high level understanding of systems and databases with a desire to develop a more technical understanding of key operating systems and how they link together.

Role responsibilities:

Work with shared IT services and 3rd parties to ensure our operating systems are working effectively and team and guests are receiving a quality of service. Carry out system releases as and when required.

Monitor service requests and incidents. Ensure they are responded to and actioned within an agreed timescale.

Help to co-ordinate proposition changes and carry out impact assessments to support implementation.

Work with our sites on an operational level to ensure our systems and processes are delivering the best service they possibly can. 

Implement service improvement plans and ensure actions are followed through to completion in a timely manner.  Communicate any such changes to relevant stakeholders.

Identify patterns and behaviour to assess training and support requirements.

Ensure our reporting adequately supports our site teams.  Identify and gaps or changes needed.


Role requirements:

Experience in Seaware and Maestro or other recognised hotel reservation and management systems would be an added advantage but not essential as training will be given.
