We have deployed a new, cloud-based Data Technology Stack and a begun to create the data tools to better serve the insights, analytics, data science, machine learning and business intelligence capabilities the business desires. We call this system, The Data Foundation. We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead and develop this system.

We're undergoing a radical transformation, typical of Digital Transformation, adopting Product and Agile ways of working, building modern engineering teams and adopting Public Cloud. These systems help our brands to provide an exceptional Guest experience.

Your Opportunity
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
-Taking accountability and day to day responsibility for evolving services provided by the team
-Building and executing a Roadmap of works to migrate (and where appropriate, reimagine) the existing on-premises workloads in to The Data Foundation based on business priorities
-Being responsible for the adoption and success of key Data Foundation technologies, such as the Data Catalogue
-Leading your Product Owners, ensuring they understand their deliverables and are supported to ship products.

What we'd like you to bring
-Experience in building large scale data platforms and teams using AWS, Google or Azure
-Strong Product leadership specifically in building data analytics, business intelligence and/or Data Lake services
-In depth knowledge of a leading modern data lake technology, ideally with experience that ranges from pre-implementation to a mature operational state
-Broad knowledge and understanding of the various BI/analytics tools that are ultimately required by consumers of the Data Foundation (e.g. Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI)
-Understanding of engineering aspects of the data disciplines, such as ETL
