General/Vending Assistant

We are located in Chatham and work in a Office environment you would join a growing Team of 5 servicing 2 Buildings.

This Job Role is split between being a Vending Machine Assistant and General Team Member Assistant. Working Shift Hours are from Monday to Friday ONLY, 7am - 3pm (working times could change with a 24 hours notice due to business needs).

What would we like from our Vending Assistant?

• Customer Service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Numerate, counting cash may be required
• Good organisation skills
• Reliable and able to work well within a team but mainly alone

Vending Assistant requirements:

• Providing an excellent standard of food and presentation for all vending machines.
• Preparation of food and snacks necessary to refill the vending machines.
• Keeping all vending machines clean, tidy and full at all times.
• Providing a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers.
• Customer focused at all times, by being visible during service periods, approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs
• Attention to detail

What will you be doing as a General Assistant:

• Assist in the preparation of food, snacks and drinks.
• Assist with delivering, preparing and delivering food/drinks.
• Keep the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
• Provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers.
• Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service

Although Experience would be preferred, You don't need any experience just an appetite for excellent customer service, an appreciation for good food and the rest we can teach you.
