The opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to support, develop and lead the Physiotherapy Team at Nuffield Moorgate . As Physiotherapist Lead you will:

• Undertake assessments in patients presenting often complex musculoskeletal conditions and conditions masquerading as musculoskeletal pathology

• Undertake treatment underpinned by extensive clinical knowledge and skills to deliver high quality patient outcomes.

• Manage and develop a team in line with the Nuffield Health performance excellence framework and acts as a role model, leading, coaching and mentoring the local team

• Organise local CPD programmes and engage with the team to deliver these as per Nuffield Health's CPD guidelines.

• Support operational managers in the delivery of effective and safe physiotherapy services across different platforms

• Ensure high patient satisfaction and addresse areas of concern.

The person
To succeed as a Lead Physiotherapist you will need:

• Extensive post grad experience of MSK Physiotherapy

• Experience of developing services and delivering quality improvement initiatives

• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and share best practice and inspire clinical development

• A lively and inquiring mind with an ability to disseminate information that engages staff

• Ability to prioritise and deal with varied workload in an effective and timely manner

• Experience of leading people
