About The Role

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be handling all email, web and social media interactions from customers as well as call back cases from customers post bowling feedback in an effective and efficient manner whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will also ensure service levels and standards are met across of our all channels whilst maximising sales potential through recognising customer needs and ensuring they receive the best offers.

To be successful in the role as a Customer Care Advisor, you’ll need to have prior experience in a similar position and be a confident and professional communicator.  You’ll be motivated and enthusiastic to ensure you and your team are achieving and exceeding our targets but also able to work on your own initiative. Great relationship building skills is also key as is a problem-solving attitude due to the nature of the role.

As a committed team player, you’ll be always flexible and enthusiastic, and ensure the best customer service is delivered to each customer.  

This is a full-time position working Monday to Sunday on a 3-week rotation including Saturday and Sunday.
