The Role of Back of House opperative 

An opperational focused role driving standards and best practice through the store starting from back of house 

Successful candidates will take an active role in sharing ideas and identifying opportunities to enhance the store environment and grow the business.while keeping the back of house in order.

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain replenishment and achieve excellent stockroom and back of house standards to ensure product availability
• Maintain high standards of personal presentation
• Take an active role in supporting in-store events, 
• Takes an active role in loss prevention within the store
• Adheres to all health and safety policies at all times
• Proactively lead the Stockroom
• Assist stock processing to deliver high levels of customer service, merchandising and replenishment.
• Deliver pace, flexibility and accuracy within the team to process deliveries and minimise stock loss/damage efficiently whilst complying with all procedures relating to the movement of stock and handling of stock both external and internal to the store, including ticketing and tagging.
• Supports and implements best practice and principals, ensuring store teams operate back of house routines and tasks to guidelines.

This role has no guaranteed hours of work, hours of work can therefore vary from week to week and as a result there may be weeks when no hours of work are offered.
