This 105-bedroom Hotel boasts The Old Rangoon Restaurant, which serves continental and traditional dishes, including an ‘a la carte’ menu. The hotel's bar, on the other hand, is more relaxed and serves lighter bites throughout the day until late evening. Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit a Kitchen Assistant on to the team.

As Kitchen Assistant you will be required to;

• Ensure the kitchen is at a very high standard of cleanliness.
• Ensure that there is a constant stock of clean dishes for both the kitchen and restaurant.
• Goods inward duties.
• Stock control and rotation.
• General food preparation duties.

The successful candidate will have proven history of catering experience. The ideal candidate will be punctual, flexible, adaptable and be able to work during mornings, evenings and weekends.
