Physiology Team Leader
Aberdeen Fitness and Wellbeing - Clinic | Permanent | Full Time | Salary up to £28,000 per annum dependent on experience
40 Hours per week

As our Physiology Team Leader, you will support the Clinic Manager by assisting with operations and managing other clinical staff based at your site.
Through your line management, you will monitor operational performance and facilitate the highest professional standards. You will take responsibility for ensuring correct operational procedures are followed, as well as ensuring continued professional development of all relevant team members. You will also be responsible for minimising operational & clinical exposures and maximising client quality.
The Physiology Team Leader will be responsible for operational requirements for the centre/department. They will help to ensure that all facilities within the centre are presented in an attractive manner and that all appropriate consumables are available at all times. Excellent working relationships will be maintained with all stakeholders.
Additionally, as our Physiology Team Leader you will:
Provide an excellent and detailed level of service to all patients, ensuring all practice and advice follows Nuffield Health, Client and clinical guidelines as well as industry best practice
Liaise with the Clinical Manager to ensure smooth and efficient running of the Health Assessment clinic and help grow the Wellbeing proposition which Nuffield Health can offer
Produce reports on the Health Assessment service as directed by the site
Liaise with other services on site to provide a joined-up approach to our services
To support the operational line management of associated staff
To audit the operational effectiveness of the site and manage outcomes associated with the audit process.
To succeed as our Physiology Team Leader you will:
Be educated up to degree level in a Health related science degree
Have operational management experience within a healthcare setting
Have strong experience/understanding of private sector healthcare
Have strong experience of working in a multidisciplinary team
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Be highly motivated and enthusiastic
