Here at Warner Leisure Hotels, we are currently looking for a Service Delivery Executive to join our wonderful Digital Team.
Purpose of the role:
As part of the Warner Service Delivery Team, you will work closely with service partners and suppliers to streamline support processes and monitor service levels, address gaps in support, and ensure appropriate support contracts are in place and regularly reviewed. You will support with ensuring the technology is delivered consistently across the Warner estate and into new acquisitions.
Role responsibilities:
Carry out occasional site visits to better understand where teams experience persistent technology issues, and the impact on their ability to deliver our guest experience. Make recommendations as to how they can be improved
Demonstrate a commitment to delivering a superior technology experience to our teams
Support the service delivery team, and the wider technology team, by carrying out any other duties as requested
Support sites teams with resolving operational issues including door locks, phone lines, AP connectivity and PDQs
Escalate support issues with the relevant technical teams to ensure swift resolution so our site teams are equipped with the tools they need to deliver the optimal guest experience
Communicate service outages and technology-related incidents, and support with reviewing root cause and resolution with service partners and suppliers
Gain a sufficient understanding of the systems used by Warner team to help deliver improved service levels
Identify and report on trends in service outages, technology incidents and requests in service partner and supplier helpdesk tickets, reduce open tickets no longer required, and work with Senior Service Delivery Exec to propose and implement process improvements
Responsible for asset management; collating and maintaining Warner technology assets, highlighting where efficiencies and cost savings can be achieved (e.g., printer project)
Provide general support to technology related project plans helping to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget
Support with technology requirements for general refurb projects and system rollouts, such as door locks, CCTV, BMS etc.
Role requirements:
Essential:
Solid organisation and time management skills
Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements
Be proactive in gaining a broad, high-level, understanding of a wide variety of systems and processes
Willing to travel around the UK to attend occasional site visits
Able to be flexible and proactive
Desirable:
Experienced in using Microsoft Excel
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Be able to make decisions confidently
Willingness to challenge if standards aren't meeting required levels
