Become a Self Employed Personal Trainer with the Support of a Team. 

We have a unique opportunity to join our exceptional team in the beautiful back drop of the GDN Fitness & Hockey, a luxury private gym in Amersham HP8 4RU.

GDN is one of the leading personal training gyms in England and the first hockey specific facility in Europe. Design and innovation is woven into all aspects of the company, however the brand is built on family, community and lifestyle. We deliver a high-end service that is maintained throughout the brand and we offer the position of Self employed personal trainer to a highly motivated individual that can uphold our brand standards. They will be responsible for delivering personal training sessions and 3 classes a week. The successful candidate will be a positive addition to the team, an enthusiastic self-starter with good organisational and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

Please Note: This candidate must be a driver with their own transport.

• Must be Level 3 certified Personal Trainer.
• An existing client base is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Experience in delivering personal training sessions & fitness classes.
• A positive, energetic & highly motivated individual.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• First-aid qualification is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Confident and professional with excellent customer service skills.
• An honest and reliable team player.
• Has an open mind and a willingness to learn.
• Gym maintenance including cleanliness checks and replenishment of products.
• Facility upkeep management.
• Ensuring the facility is always maintaining brand standards.
• There will be job progression opportunities for the right candidate and a referral scheme based on performance.
