Our partner is a contemporary hotel located in the breath-taking Essex countryside and offers guests a one-of-a-kind experience in their spa retreat. With facilities including pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and treatment areas, the spa provides a haven for guests and allows them to escape the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life and the opportunity to be relax from the moment they enter. A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for a Head of Spa to join the team.

We are looking for someone who has strong experience of running the daily operations of a spa whilst ensuring that revenue is maximised and customer service levels are maintained throughout.

• Basic Salary £28,000 + DOE

Experience and Qualifications…

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Head of Spa, Spa Manager etc)
• Strong communication skills and excellent command of English language is essential
• A good understanding of budgeting, payroll and financial reporting
• Proven experience of successfully managing a team and maximising revenue with a spa department
