Operations Support Manager requirements:

  • Assist in the overall operational duties, supporting both the Operations Managers and location managers where appropriate.
  • Cover manager's holidays and sickness within locations, ensuring that all policy and procedures are adhered to.
  • Communicate with your Operations Manager on a regular basis, sharing ideas and providing expertise and assistance wherever possible in all aspects of your work and provide comprehensive updates at progress meetings.
  • To ensure that all internal and Company Support Departments are kept informed of issues at location level and are given the necessary information to assist where appropriate.
  • Develop staff by empowering them, supporting them, encouraging and motivating and maintaining an 'open door' policy.
  • Ensure location's income is maximised through efficient purchasing, creative marketing and merchandising while on a holding role.
