Hours: 1100 hours per annum. The majority of hours will be worked between approximately 08:00-18:00.  Some weekend working will be required, but there’ll be no late nights, early mornings, or split shifts.

Salary: £10.50 per hour

Duration: This is a permanent role which offers realistic salary progression based on annual reviews.

This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year

What you'll be doing

You’ll enjoy preparing food from scratch using fresh/seasonal ingredients and will be confident with creating bakes and cakes, making soups and one pots, and preparing & presenting food to order served directly to the customers over busy lunchtime periods. You will also contribute to the wider cook's role being familiar with and using the Food Safety management system, maintaining our very high standards throughout the kitchen.

You won’t be required to work nights, split shifts and will be off on Christmas Day as the property is fully closed to the public.

You’ll receive a bespoke induction on appointment - and further professional training & development opportunities are available.
