Summary

Food & beverage commis/cook: Working within a bustling atmosphere as part of passionate team this role as a Food & Beverage commis/cook plays a core part in supporting our chef's team in producing our cookbook menu, using both fresh and home grown ingredients.

The Hours: 25 per week, weekend and bank holiday work required. We envisage this to include 2 week days and both weekend days, but with a flexible 8.30am and 4.30pm with no evening work

The Salary:  £18,720 per annum (Full Time) which is the same as £9.60 per hour

What you'll be doing

With your love of working with people, positive attitude and desire to provide an excellent visitor experience within our restaurant and two further outlets, you’ll be working in a team of chefs preparing and producing the recipes that are both from our cookbook and have a local connection to Kedleston. Using your excellent attention to detail, you’ll ensure the food served looks delicious.
