This is a fixed term contract due to end when the previous employee returns from maternity leave. At this point we cannot confirm exactly how long this contract will last, but it is unlikely to be more than 12 months.What it's like to work here
You'll be part of a team that covers the South West primarily working out of the Killerton Hub but with an opportunity for hybrid working. We're looking for someone with a strong administrative skillset, able to turn their hand to whatever comes their way – whether it’s helping an archaeologist with archiving, helping a property with purchasing, or helping to induct new team members, you’ll want to help others and get involved. You’ll have the ability to work with a wide range of team members and different disciplines across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your skillset. What you'll be doing

- Relevant experience in a Business Support environment; along with facilities or office supervision responsibility
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and customer -focussed with strong customer service skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritise own workload
- Well organised and attention to detail
