We have an exciting opportunity in our Conference and Banqueting team as a Conference and Banqueting Supervisor. Main Duties-
- Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role
- Promoting a welcoming environment
- Communicate with guests, other employees and other department to ensure guests need are met
- Support the operations and supervise the running of the event
- Set up banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up of furniture/equipment
- Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating and motivating and coaching employees
What do you need to apply?
You do not have to have any specific qualifications in order to apply, but desirable if you have experience within the conference and banqueting sector. We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt, well presented, excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work all shift patterns.
