In your role as an Events Service Manager, relying on your past experience in a similar role within a 4-5* high volume hotel, you will be focused on creating memorable events by ensuring that our Events Operations team provides the highest standards of service and continuously motivating and training the team. Our vision of ‘we always care’ underpins all of our colleague and guest interactions and, you will naturally demonstrate this in your role model behaviours and your ability to ‘walk the talk’.

Reporting to the Events Operations Manager, your relationships with peers such as other Events Service Managers and Head Chef are key to your success and it’s essential to be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the business and those around you.
