Barista / Bartender - Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

Aquavitae; our premium cocktail bar and restaurant based in the heart of Cheltenham is looking for Barista/Bartending staff.

As we pride ourselves on the service we provide and the quality of our products, you will need to be customer focussed, deliver a high level of customer service, and be confident and competent behind the bar. You will meet and greet customers, take orders, make orders, and deliver them to customer’s tables. You will ensure the venue is well presented and represents the premium brand.

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• Experienced Barista
• Experience of working behind a bar
• Customer focused and service driven
• Ability to upsell products to increase revenue

About You:

• Have a flexible working approach which gives you the ability to deal with changing priorities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work using your own initiative with a pro-active approach, and to take guidance and direction from your line manager
• Enthusiastic, and self-motivated
• Ability to learn our wet and dry menus, and communicate allergens effectively

Part-time hours: 20 - 35 per week

Salary: £10 - £12 per hour
