As we continue to grow at a rapid pace, we’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Paid Marketing Manager to join our Head Office team.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you’ll hit the ground running and be responsible for our paid media strategy, the day to day running of both our paid search and paid social campaigns, delivering effective results, driving platform innovations, and managing media investment.

We are looking for someone with experience of using Google, Facebook and Instagram ads, with a thorough understanding of organic and paid growth, audiences and conversion orientated campaigns. A passion for fitness and an understanding of the gym industry is a big plus!

The successful candidate will be adept at managing both paid search and social channels, ideally with over 3 years’ experience. You’ll ensure all campaigns are managed to the highest standards, utilising all relevant optimisation methods to ensure maximum performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement paid media buying strategies for existing and new clubs, ensuring the highest performance at the best possible value
  • New campaign planning and activation across all areas to include build, creative, targeting, and new features
  • Day to day management and optimisation of PPC and social campaigns
  • Maintain a first-class level of accuracy and account hygiene, regularly reviewing account setups for optimum delivery
  • Produce regular reports, producing insightful performance commentary that makes a real difference in the planning of campaigns
  • Review and control all budgets across paid search and social channels whilst optimising spend to maximise sales volumes on a club level

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in managing paid search and social accounts on a granular level with attention to detail being key, from budget allocation to audience targeting
  • Experience with both Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager
  • A proven ability to plan and execute meaningful experiments, with robust measurement
  • Advanced Excel skills in order to build and run monthly reports and keyword traffic volume analysis
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people both internally and externally
  • Knowledge of WordPress, TikTok and SEO is a distinct advantage
