The Bournemouth Marriott Hotel has an exciting opportunity for a Hotel Concierge/Porter to assist the Front Office Team during the busy Summer Season.

 What you'll be doing

• Meet and Greet guests in the Hotel Lobby area
• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning).
• Assist guests with their luggage to rooms 
• Provide information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem.
• Attend and contribute to Hotel meetings and be a point of contact to liaise with other departments as required
