• Learn & Produce our menu's to spec
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
• Work with our Head & Sous chef with Menu Development
• Be a champion of brand standards & Stock Management
• Have previous experience in a face paced kitchen

Just like the perfect dish or cocktail, you will need a few ingredients....

• Have a great eye for detail - ( it really matters)
