We are currently looking for a Systems & Process Analyst to join our functions transformation team, supporting the delivery of the systems roadmap and developing new ways of working.

Your Role 

As a Systems & Process Analyst within the Modular, Space & Range team, you will be responsible for working with our technology partners to ensure we have market leading systems backed by effective processes for multiple teams of space planners across our Food and General Merchandise business.

Working closely with our operational teams to ensure they have the right systems and processes to deliver their strategic work.

This will include

• Working alongside our Future Asda Technology team and software partners in assisting the delivery of our new technology platform
• Prioritising the intake of new Systems & Process requests from the operational teams
• Owning backlog stories & sprint efforts to ensure value delivery & projects from scope through to delivery
• Coaching and supporting colleagues through ways of working, focused on delivering Asda's strategic plan
• Identify opportunities for innovation, to meet or exceed the needs of our customers and colleagues
• Incident Management, resolving issues quickly, effectively and with minimal disruption to our colleagues or customers

About You

• Previous experience working in a Modular Planning / Micro Space Planning function
• Technology background via learning or employment
• Experience in testing new solutions
• Ability to work cross functionally and engage at different levels
• Future planning, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capability
• Pace, agility, and innovative thinking
