Public Area Cleaner - Hook, Hampshire

Working as part of the wider housekeeping team, you will help to ensure that the public and related areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• To prepare Public areas as allocated.
• Be constantly aware of guest needs and recognise the expectations of guests.
• To anticipate guest requirements and take appropriate action to avoid guest complaints.  To ensure that any guest complaints are reported to the Head or Deputy Head Housekeeper.
• To act as a Sales Person, promoting the image of the Hotel at all times.
