About the role:

As a Front of House Team Leader, pulling pints and serving super food is only the beginning as you show us you have what it takes to develop to the next level. You’ll be an expert in communication, leading from the front and being a positive role model for your team. Taking the lead and running shifts, it’s key that providing excellent customer service and motivating your team is something that you’re passionate about.

Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor within a similar hospitality or retail role will be beneficial, however we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate great leadership qualities along with being a great team player.

Our 200-year-old wayside Inn has been family owned for 88 years and also benefits from guest accommodation with cosy, comfortable rooms that overlook the stunning Cheshire countryside. We are handily located in the village of Plumley, close by to Knutsford and Northwich town centres as well as major road and rail links (we are right next to Plumley train station).
