The Leisure Team Leader is the right-hand person to the Leisure Operations Manager with full responsibility for running shifts and ensuring that we deliver to the highest standards of service and standards. You will be key to making sure our gyms have a buzzing atmosphere with teams that create a welcoming and fun environment.
