Here at Warner Leisure Hotels, we are currently looking for a Guest Experience Executive to join our wonderful Guest Insights Team. 

Purpose of the role:

To work within the central Guest Experience Team, this role will be responsible for communicating with guests regarding feedback a about their stay, responding to reviews on TripAdvisor and managing the process for feedback into the central Guest Experience Team. You will be working closely with our central teams and hotels to investigate feedback.

Seeking a positive individual who wishes to make a real difference to our guest's post-stay experience, ensuring all communications are professional, offering solutions and reassurance to promote guests to return to Warner

Role responsibilities:

Confidently deal with guest concerns & seek to resolve problems, showing empathy and understanding

Professional delivery of guest correspondence

Demonstrates and role models a commitment to delivering a superior guest experience

Provide solutions which has the best possible outcome for both the guest and the business 

Administer E-voucher redemptions/refund requests in a timely fashion

Working collaboratively with the Guest Experience Manager to develop innovative ways to delight our guests and team

Keep up to date and have a high-level knowledge of the guest journey and the experience Warner offers to all its guests

Investigate route causes of issues with hotels

Support hotels with feedback on reducing reoccurrence

Have a problem-solving attitude when helping and dealing with our guests.
