Administration Assistant – Allied Healthcare
The job requires you to be able to:
- Provide a customer first approach in all activities including manning reception, answering the telephone and dealing with queries and complaints.Book appointments, manage clinic lists and enter data using MAXIMS and RIS/PACS.Take point of sale payments using chip and pin.Use Microsoft Office and excel to produce general letters and reports.Liaise with patients, GP’s, Radiologists and Consultants both face to face and on the telephone.Assist the Admin Team Leader and relevant Heads of Department in producing any reports/statistics required by the Hospital Management Team.
