Housekeeper | Part Time | 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday 5pm – 9pm) Overtime will be available if required

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Housekeeping Assistant to join the hotel services team at Oaks Hospital, providing housekeeping services to all departments within the hospital .

Oaks Hospital is part of Ramsay Health Care UK, one of the leading providers of NHS and private patient services in England and provides care for a number of specialities. Oaks Hospital is a 39 bed facility the ward provides care to patients undergoing elective surgery as well as medical patients. We also have 18 ambulatory bays, 4 laminar flow Theatres and an Endoscopy Theatre, a physiotherapy department, modern diagnostic equipment including a static MRI scanner, CT scanner, oncology unit and a busy outpatient department.

Oaks Hospital prides itself on the highest standards of cleanliness and to support us with this we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join our evening Housekeeping team. The successful candidate must also be able to commit to the shift patterns already functioning within the hospital including weekends. Enhancements are paid for unsocial hours and weekend working.

The role involves day to day housekeeping, valeting patients bedrooms, cleaning of both clinical and non-clinical areas, cleaning of operating theatres, laundering linen and the use of machinery.
