Kirklees Active Leisure (KAL) is the largest leisure and fitness operator in the Kirklees area.
As the Assistant Customer Service Manager for KAL your most important role is leading from the front and having a hands-on approach. You will ensure the team is motivated to ensure they're giving the best customer service possible. You will be a team player and be happy to jump in to help the team to promote our "One Team" approach.
The post holder will support the management of KAL's Contact Centre under the supervision of the Central Customer Service Manager and will help to develop and deliver processes and procedures which contribute to exceeding our customer's expectations. This can be through various means of communication including emails and inbound/outbound call handling.
As KAL's Assistant Customer Service Manager you are required to be flexible, self-motivated, organised, and able to prioritise tasks to keep you and the Contact Centre team on track. You'll need to be able to cover any sickness or illness and be expected to know KAL's products and policies inside out and be able to communicate it to other members of the organisation.
