Performance Swim Activator - Huddersfield / Dewsbury, West Yorkshire

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The KAL Performance Swim Activator role is to provide high quality delivery and excellent customer service to all members. Working within the wider Aquatic Framework for KAL you will also support the full programme across all KAL facilities working in partnership with the Borough of Kirklees (BOK) Swimming Club.

KAL Performance Swim Activators work within a highly experienced Aquatic and Activity team, which includes Aquatic & Activity Activators, Tutors and Swimming Instructors, you will have the opportunity to network across all of the team gaining knowledge and experience.

As a Performance Swim Activator, you will be required to deal with customer enquiries and will be expected to deliver a high standard of customer service. You will get to know our IT systems and use them as part of your daily routines to communicate with others, record progress and perform general administration tasks such as participation monitoring.

Aquatic Workforce who demonstrate a high level of achievement, will have the opportunity (upon a vacant position being available) to progress within the Aquatics and Activity Team. You will develop your skills and knowledge to enable you to step into the first line management role within the team.
