Following an investment of circa £4 million, BH Live are excited to announce they are now looking to recruit a Customer Operations Manager for its brand-new state-of-the-art gym and play and bounce centre at the Pyramids in Portsmouth.
Your duties will include:
- Responsibility for opening and closing the building and attending in case of emergencies
- Supervise and manage all front-line staff within the centre in a professional manner.
- Ensure all health and safety standards, first aid, safeguarding, cleaning and operating procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Overseeing the day to day delivery of Play and Bounce, achieving targets and performance standards.
- Understanding the need to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Work with the Play and Bounce Manager to co-ordinate all family entertainment packages for parties
We are looking for a professional and confident individual, who is extremely well organised and people focused, has demonstratable commercial acumen, strong attention to detail and great communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
