The venue:

• An 80 seat club & lounge bar with nine shows per week
• Based within a 1940’s inspired setting including a large restaurant and separate cocktail bar
• Consistent recognition from numerous publications
• Featuring some amazing artists programmed by Fane Productions
• Serving a range of quality spirits, wines classic cocktails and light snacks

The role will involve:

• Liaising with the restaurant team to ensure our guests experience a seamless flow throughout the business and its various outlets during their evening
• Taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and maintaining rapport with regulars
• All aspects of service including: order taking, table service and credit card payments
• Maintaining familiarity with menu items, company news and guest profiles
• Working 40-45 hours a week (Mainly evenings)

We're looking for a Waiter/Waitress who:

• Has at least one year experience within a busy, standards focused hospitality venue. Previous experience working within live music environment or theatre would be beneficial but not essential
• Is availability to work approximately 40-45 hours a week and mainly evenings
• Will consistently deliver fantastic service and unrivalled experiences for our customers, with integrity, warmth and respect
