The role of Club Manager:
Core Responsibilities – Customers, Team & Operations:
- Day to day operational duties to ensure the smooth running of Crazy Coqs, these include stock control and management, rota writing, recruitment, staff development and budget control
- Managing the ticketing and reception in conjunction with Fane Productions
- Liaising with the restaurant team to ensure our guests experience a seamless flow throughout the business and its various outlets during their evening
- To support and collaborate with Fane Productions who will manage the programme and liaise with the artists from booking to performance
- To ensure Bars teams promote and establish a regular customer base
- Ensure that quality service is delivered to all customers in bars in all departments
- Induction, training and performance appraisals of new staff at Crazy Coqs
- To maintain high standards of team morale and personal appearance
- Attending meetings as required and holding briefings on a regular basis
- To liaise with P&D to ensure fair, equitable and compliant discipline process
- To ensure that pricing updates and changes are reflected on the menus and point of sale system
- Health & Safety, Risk Assessments & COSHH relevant to Crazy Coqs
What we're looking for in a Club Manager:
- The right candidate must have a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver the absolute best experience for guests and artists
- Experience and understanding of ticketing and program management
- Knowledge and experience in dealing and managing staff
- A desire to want to constantly take the next step and be able to continually drive a business forward
- You will be naturally hospitable with an ability to maintain exceptionally high customer service
- You will be a people person, maintaining a high profile within Crazy Coqs to promote, establish and maintain a regular customer base, creating a welcoming environment for people to return
This is a truly unique role within a very unique environment at London’s top Cabaret Venue so the right person must be a driven, passionate, and motivated individual who is looking for a fantastic new challenge. It would be an added bonus if you had a particular interest in Cabaret, music and live entertainment but this is not essential.
