High Ropes Site Instructor (Over 18 only) - Chessington, Surrey
 

Hours: Full time & part time, fully flexible. Fixed term contract until November 2022.  Working weekends and bank holidays as required.

About the Role

As an instructor you will complete a number of tasks across the High Ropes business. These include; reception and admission, harness fitting and removal, safety brief of the course, assisting customers through the course and confirmation of participants competence. Alongside working with the Team Leaders to complete daily/weekly and monthly checks and covering areas on the retail/food & beverage counter ensuring daily targets are met. All of the above working areas may be rotated throughout the working day and will include other activities or tasks related to the High Ropes Course.

Along with the above it will be the responsibility of the instructor to minimise customer complaints, ensure site safety of Adventurers and staff, and carry other course/building related tasks.  

About You 

Chessington World of Adventures Resort is looking for a professional, safety conscious individual, who has the ability to work without supervision. You must ensure the customer is always at the forefront of your mind. Must be an enthusiastic team player and be able to work with other colleagues in a dynamic working environment. Must like working outdoors and have a good head for heights and the ability to perform physical duties. Ideally you will have previous High Ropes experience within a similar attraction; however this is not essential, so long as you have the right attitude and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences then training can be provided.

Due to the nature of this role you need to be over the age of 18.
