Call Centre Agent (18+ Weekday Availability Only) - Chessington, Surrey
Hours: Full time & part time, fully flexible. Fixed term contract until November 2022. Working weekends and bank holidays as required.

About the Role
Within this role you will be answering incoming customer enquiries and requests to make school or group bookings vie e-mails, live chats, social media, and telephone calls. Working towards key customer experience performance targets, you will deliver outstanding levels of customer service, helping to create memorable experiences for our guests. You will keep customer satisfaction and guest obsession at the core of every decision and behaviour to identity our customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
On a day to day basis you will adhere to the daily plan regarding which customer channel you are supporting at each interval during the day; and ensure adequate coverage for customer demand by adhering to scheduled break times and remaining available to answer customer contacts for the duration of your shift. You’ll be responsible for logging information from all contacts received, file correspondence/data where required and maintain detailed and accurate records, whilst ensuring data protection and GDPR requirements are adhered to.
